I did some exploration around a light-weight facial recognition experience. The concept was that a law enforcement officer could upload a picture and see if there were any hits on a number of different law enforcement databases.
The application would provide some simple tools for manipulating the photos, such as rotating them, adding comments, etc. When the officer was finished with the comparison, she could output the matches for future investigation.
